Booking Information

ARRIVAL: weekly holidays operate from Sunday to Sunday and we look forward to greeting you at 3pm in the apartment with a welcome tea tray and home made cake. 

Should you require an alternative time please let us know in advance.

DEPARTURE: is requested no later than 10 am.

Short breaks for a few days can be arranged out of season or with short notice if we have availability.

WELCOME HAMPERS:  Can we tempt you to treat yourselves to some of Yorkshires fine selection of fresh local delights, which can be provided for you on your arrival at Sneaton Hall.

For those SPECIAL OCCASIONS we can also provide: Flowers, Chocolates or Champagne.

Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT: £100 is required, which is non-refundable.  We will confirm in writing acceptance of your booking request.

PAYMENT: is required in full 6 weeks prior to the date of your arrival.

During your stay you are responsible for the property and contents.  We expect you to take all reasonable care and leave the property clean and tidy.  This is a no smoking property.

Damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the holidaymaker and such costs shall be refundable on demand.

Please note no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any personal belongings or motor vehicle during your stay.

A detailed property Access Statement and floor plan is available upon request.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the accommodation or facilites offered, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to resolve any problems or issues as soon as possible.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We hope you enjoy your stay here and should any new guests book direct following your recommendation, we would like to offer a complementary hamper for you when you return and a complementary hamper for the new guests for their first relaxing break away at Sneaton Hall.
