Booking Information

ARRIVAL: weekly holidays operate from Friday to Friday, with access available from 3pm onwards.

Short breaks can be arranged subject to availability.

DEPARTURE: is requested no later than 11 am.

Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT: £100 is required, which is non-refundable.  We will confirm in writing or via email acceptance of your booking request.

PAYMENT: is required in full 6 weeks prior to the date of your arrival.

During your stay you are responsible for the property and contents.  We expect you to take all reasonable care and leave the property clean and tidy.  This is a no smoking property.

Damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the holidaymaker and such costs shall be refundable on demand.

Please note no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any personal belongings or motor vehicle during your stay.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the accommodation or facilites offered, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to resolve any problems or issues as soon as possible.
