Terms and Conditions for 6 Sneaton Hall

6 sneaton hall whitbyThank you for choosing to take your break away at SNEATON HALL, we look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Prices: The price of the accommodation includes the following:- all electricity, bed linen, towels, hot water and heating. We do not charge for any ‘extras’ and if you book direct we do not add any booking fees, so the price you see is the full price you pay.

Payment: For all bookings we require a deposit of £100. To book just contact us with the dates you wish to stay and we can let you have details of the payment methods available. Your booking will then be confirmed for you either by email or in writing. The balance payment is then due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

For holidays which are to take place within 6 weeks of making the booking, the full payment is due immediately.
Arrival: Your accommodation will be available for you from 3pm on the day of arrival. Details for key access will be provided when full payment has been received.

Departure: Please be ready to leave the apartment by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. If you could please try to leave the accommodation clean and tidy this would be appreciated.

Pets: One well behaved pet is permitted by prior arrangement.

Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your holiday your deposit is non-refundable. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday do let us know as soon as possible and we will try to re-let, however if the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance.

If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £10 administration fee. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For this reason we suggest you consider taking out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

Non-availability of Accommodation: We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Damages and Breakages: Please take care with our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur, so we can arrange for repairs or replacements. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Data: Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer for our own administration, but will not be issued to any third parties.

A detailed property Access Statement and floor plan is available upon request.

Any feedback, comments or suggestions are always welcome.

We look forward to welcoming you to SNEATON HALL and we hope you enjoy your stay.
